<title>CII Cohort V Launches</title>

This talent development program welcomed 88 professionals from 23 clusters&nbsp;dedicated to driving business performance through inclusion and transforming corporate culture. As an active CU Corporate Member, Nicor’s leadership has enrolled 5 Inclusion Clusters since the program’s launch in 2019. “My focus has always been on making sure my teammates have a sense of belonging,” Hudson told the audience. “An inclusive culture doesn’t happen by accident.
