Chicago United Members' Series
Chicago United recognizes the challenges corporations faces in creating a diverse and inclusive culture, articulating its business case, and driving the value of inclusion at multiple levels within their organizations.
In order to address these needs, Chicago United created these exclusive sessions to expand our cognitive understanding, leadership capabilities, and growth potential as continuous benefits to Chicago United members. Sponsorship and co-sponsorship are available for each series or individual event.
Tranformative Inclusion Member Forums
The Transformative Inclusion Members Forum feature presentations by national experts who approach diversity and inclusion from different disciplines. CEOs, executive level managers, business unit leaders, human resource and talent management professionals, supply chain and procurement specialists can be present to experience these presentations then return to their offices with shared knowledge to continue the discussion of how to apply the concepts within their own organizations.
Chicago United Leadership Summit
The Summit brings together local leaders for a half-day forum to share tactical best practices in advancing diversity and inclusion. Attendees choose from targeted plenary sessions led by highly accomplished business leaders who share how they maximize the value of diverse teams and create inclusive cultures.
CEO Council Meetings
Members of Chicago United's CEO Council attend a peer level discussion of topics related to maintaining a positive corporate culture and driving business growth through diversity and inclusion.
Diversity Officer Roundtable
The Diversity Officer Roundtables bring diversity practitioners from Chicago United member corporations together to engage in peer to peer dialogue to share best practices in diversity and inclusion strategy and implementation.
Leaders Council Meetings
The Leaders Council Meetings showcase short transformative talks with experts in order to advance diversity and inclusion. Each 15-minute thought provoking presentation is followed by an interactive Q&A and a reception. The programs offer members an opportunity to deepen relationships and expand their toolkit of leading inclusion strategies.
